Earth Yoga

Earth Yoga
Embrace the dynamic energy of the sun and calming energy of the moon in this vinyasa-style class focused around sun salutations. Christine Veit – Moon Yoga, Thursday 4pm; Sun Yoga, Sunday 9am

Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice connecting movement to breath. Strengthening and stretching the connective tissues and energy flow of the body, this yoga style is moving meditation. Accessible to all levels.

The Fire with Zen
Join this calming, healing practice each evening for a transformative Agnihotra experience. The ancient Vedic fire ceremony is performed at sunset to harmonize with nature, purify the atmosphere, and cultivate inner peace. This sacred ritual will be followed by a serene silent meditation, offering space for reflection and connection. All are welcome. Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7pm

Rooted Movement
This slow and gentle Root Chakra focused movement class is intended to ground us through an earthy yoga practice, rooting us deeper into our body and breath. Stephanie Hupp – Thursday 6pm & Saturday 2pm

Hatha
Slow moving hatha yoga with pranayama/breathing exercises, gentle sun salutations, a series of basic postures held static with breath, and a deep relaxation. Ione Linker – Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7am

Mindfulness Meditation
A warm welcome to pause and be still, check in with yourself, and allow whatever’s arising for you during this festival. Mindfulness meditation is a silent practice in which focusing on our breath helps us to cultivate ease, presence, curiosity, compassion and other qualities with whatever we encounter in life. Laughter Yoga
Yoga and Meditation based in neuroscience and laughter history. Laura Collatz – Saturday 10am & Sunday 12pm

Animal Flow
A class combining strength, mobility, and coordination. Starting with warm-up mobilizations, then breaking down movements step-by-step, to gradually build them into a fluid, dance-like flow. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, energized and connected to your body. Katina Gad – Friday & Saturday 12pm

Clementine Hoops
Through a series of simple and fun drills, attendees will learn fundamental hooping skills, with a focus on basic off-body techniques and sequencing to “find your flow.” Whether you’re new to hooping or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a playful and supportive environment for all levels. Warrior Love
Love like a warrior in this playful dive into the mythology behind our warrior poses and the lessons they can teach us. Justin Bost – Friday 2pm & Sunday 1pm

Beginner Fusion Belly Dance

Classical Yoga
Join Crystal for this slow and meditative practice designed to bring new awareness and inner guidance, to keep you smiling and dancing all weekend long. Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation

Appalachian Juggler
Learn to Juggle with up to seven props!! Chandler Corbin – Saturday 5pm

Sacred Sound & Guided Journey
Experience soul-deep restoration through guided meditation and sound healing in a sacred space. Petti-jo leads a calming journey inward, while Amy-jae surrounds you with soothing sounds of singing bowls and chimes. Come as you are—no experience needed. Tensegrity
Comprising the terms “tension” and “integrity,” Tensegrity is a modern version of held poses and muscle movement called “magical passes,” developed by Shamans in Mexico prior to the Spanish conquest. Jordan Puryear – Dance Tent, Saturday 10am

Kids Yoga
Join Amelia in this fun class for all ages. Use breath, movement and imaginative play to start off your day right. Kids Area, Saturday & Sunday 10am
